Just got off a great session with a fantastic group. Attendees from all over the globe. Some great questions and topics centered around mindset, performance and champion habits. Thank you Jesse SquashMind for having me as a guest speaker ๐


Something we discussed on the SquashMind masterclass live session last evening: โGreat coaches make the complex simple. They have mastered the art of what I term โpersonalized communication.โ They are able to adapt their message in a way that the player best understands.โ


Another area we discussed on the SquashMind masterclass live session last evening: โWhen I conducted a survey on 145 student athletes on what they most wanted from their coaches when competing, 85% said โpositivity and encouragement, not instructions and judgement.โ
