Thank you SMS Parent Council & SMS staff for hosting the Grade 8 Dinner Dance. Our 8th graders have so much to celebrate, from major academic accomplishments to looking ahead to their continued success in high school. Thank you also Big Bunny Market for their event support!

First grade held their moving up ceremony at Eastford Road School with families. Students were given certificates and books to enjoy at home. Students and families celebrated their transition to Charlton Street School or West Street School for second grade.

West Street School students Patrick & Juan won the PBIS family survey raffle! Thank you to their families for filling out our annual survey! West Street Elementary School had 144 families give us feedback and we appreciate it! Let's get that number even higher next year!

West Street School invited all grades this week to participate in our End of Year Family Picnics! Each family packed a picnic, grabbed a blanket and joined us on the soccer field for the fun. Thank you to the over 150 families that were able to join us! See you next year!
