We need a national debate on the quality of our councilors esp Chairpersons and Mayors. Boris Johnson was Mayor of London before he became PM of GB. Erdogan was Mayor of Istanbul before he became president of Turkey. We need to go back to the days of Paul Rantao: Quality first!
