I know it made people mad when I said it on a livestream, but people really must learn how to read! Nietzsche's main point in the passage is that the working class was allowing itself to become slavish by its acceptance of no more than democracy and sausages.

As for the Chinese, the final sentence states that, in his hypothetical scenario of mass Chinese migration, it would be good for Europeans to intermarry with them, so as develop deeper "perserverance."

The clear implication being that the new European working class would set about its historic tasks with perseverance instead of contenting itself with being well-paid slaves.
