I can't wait for all these flu symptoms to leave my body and actually feel normal again :)

I've just driven to hope valley and took my bike with me and went for a cycle around Winatts pass while the sun was out ' the view's are just mindblowing out there :)

Well todays festivities consisted of going for a twenty three mile long bike ride around derwent and Howden and ladybower resovoir in the peak district but finally back home now and ready for my food :)

Well that was an interesting night out on response 'one more large knife off the streets and worked with an amazing team !!

Out on response today and dealt with a lovely woman who was screaming at me in the back of the van 'she said she hated me and I was a jobsworth and to let her go now! then once she was in custody she was trying to hold my hand and saying I was the nice one ok !!

Just finished my duty covering the Manchester Marathon and I've got the upmost respect for all the runners that competed in that event ' well done everyone ! Also I was doing my community policing thing. I'm sure all children loved all my sweets which i was offering out :)

I'm not happy at all today , i woke up this morning to the dreaded covid symptom's which finally caught up with me ! :(

I've got the upmost respect for every single officer and emergency service's worker who has worn there full ppe kit in this heat today ' the public really have not got a clue how bad it is in this weather ;)
