Any campaign by the govt doesn't necessarily mean that it is mandatory. Remmber, P V R C i n e m a s made vaccine certificate compulsory but whn ppl died after vaccine, govt said that vaccination was voluntary. Campaign by govt doesnt mean that you do away with cash. #BoycottPVRCinemas
