How much do you love a piece of furniture that multitasks? Living in a small home, we have utilised space by investing in an ottoman bed (storing linen and travel items) and an ottoman sofa (to store toys). It allows us to keep things contained and the space clutterfree.

Here’s what works for me: I see something I like, and wait at least 24 hours before investing. Normally, I forget about the item entirely. In the moment, the craving for the dopamine ‘high’ that comes from shopping kicks in and it’s so easy to buy unnecessarily.
