Recently, The Yeoman Warders had the lovely opportunity to take part in a formal reception along with members of the Royal Household. This is an event that the Yeoman Warders will attend as part of what they do.

Tonight, the Yeoman Warders underwent their basic Drill Training with their instructor, EdwardLMolyneux, from the Grenadier Guards liaison. From this, they learnt new skills and timings that will be put into use throughout future events.

The Tower of London would like to congratulate EdwardLMolyneux on his recent elevation to Chief Exhibitioner of the Royal Jewel House Wardens, from this, we hope that the Wardens are able to come back active from his great leadership.

Recent Promotions in the Tower of London: The Yeoman Warders would like to congratulate BufonTopaz on his recent promotion to Yeoman Serjeant. We hope that from his commitment and dedication, he is able to bring back the activity needed and continue on his commitment. Congrats!

It is with deep regret that we announce the Chief Yeoman Warder, RichardBlackpool has stepped down from his post. On behalf of the Constable and Tower Command, we want to thank Richard for his long service and unwavering commitment.

HRH The Duke of Sussex will attend an official visit to the Tower of London on Sunday, the 8th of February, at 20:00 GMT. Members of the public and media are invited to attend. Both the Yeoman Warders and Tower Detachment will be inspected before HRH is given a guided tour.

Tonight, the Yeoman of the Guard was present at St James' Palace for the Proclamation of His Majesty Louis Wellesley. The Tower of London would like to congratulate him as he takes on the role of King of the United Kingdom.

Preparations are underway as the Yeoman Warders prepare for His Majesty's Coronation, which will take place in Westminster Abbey on the 4th of April at 7 PM BST.

Tonight, the Gentlemen-At-Arms took part in the Coronation Ceremony of His Majesty King Louis Wellesley, an event which they had practised with other members of the Royal Household. A few handful of Guardsmen also volunteered to stand guard at Buckingham Palace during the parade.
