This afternoon, @IFRC & @SOSMEDIntl carried out a second rescue of 38 people from a flimsy rubber boat in the Maltese Search & Rescue Region, after overhearing several Mayday Relays on the VHF. The Italian authorities coordinated the case. 178 survivors are now on #OceanViking.
