ok guys,after a surgery and a couple of weeks in Cost Rica,its been 5 weeks,Sophie's now training hard everyday for a 42K marathon.

i just ran 22km. big deal. -Sophie told me this right after I asked her what was her work-out of the day. Good job buddy!

Sophie's having a small wound in her ankle. i don't think it's very serious for the moment. Dr.Ringuet suggest her to put ice every hour.
