So as it turns out I dodged a bullet. I got sent a load of vicious abuse by the person I went on this date with. He was cruel, but I somehow took none of it to heart. I've grown. I know I narrowly avoided a potentially dangerous situation.

I got so much done in the house last night and I'm proud of myself. I've been in a bit of a slump as of late, so I feel I've really achieved. I've also been given a new sense of motivation to get my business stuff sorted/ organised/ in place, so I'm rolling with it. #bipolar

I redyed it yesterday to make the blue more vibrant and it worked! I think the first go was mainly neutralising the residual orange. Spent the morning in bed with a migraine and I'm glad to say I only have a slight headache left over now 🙌

Just a little check-in. I'm doing ok, therapy (both group and 1-2-1) are going well and making a big difference for me. I've been put under some epic work stress these past couple of weeks, but I'm trying 🤷🏼‍♀️

Called the doctors because I suspect I also have PMDD. I've thought about it for years and have finally decided to see if I can move forwards. Does anyone have any experience with it?

I had my ADHD assessment yesterday, I was in it for 3 hours - it was intense and exhausting. I have to wait until next Thursday to hear the verdict, I'm so anxious already!
