NEW: After TPUSA Students worked with the University of Iowa PD, the Johnson County Sheriff's Department arrested 19-year-old Justin Calhoon. Calhoon was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, 5th-degree criminal mischief, and two counts of 3rd-degree harassment.
