Another Sunday evening of feeling melancholic about a fictional past bygone, nostalgic for friends I've never even known, and homesick for an imaginary home .... thanks to the haunting themes of Mia&Sebastian, Yumeji, and The Godfather. Sigh.

Relax folks. What PG calls "founder mode" is mostly just high agency behaviour meets passion meets solid craftsmanship. Yes, these qualities are rare (even in C-suites, unfortunately). But founders don't have exclusivity over them - nor does PG say so.
