It's common to work with a financial planner to make sure you are prepared for retirement. Do you have an advisor to make sure your body is prepared to function optimally later in life? Investing now can pay dividends later. #ongoingproactiveperformance

It's expensive to have care provided in a nursing home. Here's an example from where we are based in Phoenix. Doing what you can to maintain your strength and function can minimize your length of stay. ⬇️time = ⬆️💰in your pocket.

Proactive services tend to be more affordable than reactive ones. You could be in our BFR Guided Training Program for 72 years to match one year in the nursing home! We realize every individual situation is unique, but an ounce of prevention tends to be worth a pound of cure.

BFR doesn't only impact the working muscle with exercise, but can stimulate release of growth hormone from your brain. This can help maintain, build, and repair tissue throughout your body.

With growth hormone helping to maintain, build, and repair tissues throughout your body, you can be strategic to improve its release. The largest pulses of release happen when sleeping prior to midnight and high intensity exercise can spike its release during the day.

BFR causes fatigue to be experienced sooner than traditional exercise with light loads. This allows BFR sessions to take less time. #bloodflowrestriction

Something as simple as increasing the time you are moving and decreasing the time you are sitting can a big impact on your well-being. #sitlessmovemore

It's hard to believe, but if you are sitting for more than 8 hours each day, 45 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity is not enough to offset the risks of sitting this long. #sitlessmovemore

Our sessions in the BFR Guided Training Program are short, but effective. What a difference they can make even if you are someone who doesn't like exercise. #bloodflowrestriction

If you find yourself in an environment where you have to sit for the majority of the day, try this: sit for 30 minutes move for 2 minutes. Walking breaks of 2 minutes were sufficient to counteract reduced blood flow and other negative effects from sitting. #sitlessmovemore

We were pleased to be a part of The Myositis Association International Patient Conference last week in Orlando. It was great experience to connect with this community and provide more information about blood flow restriction (BFR) training. Thanks to all who stopped by our booth!

A benefit of our individualized BFR programming is you can take it with you wherever you go. One of our clients ended up in Mauritius earlier this month. He packed his B Strong Training BFR bands, followed his programming on the Somavive App, and didn’t miss a beat. #capableofmore
