US orders have been shipped!

Thank you to all who filled out the form. All claims have been filed for those people. Unfortunately, I am still unable to file claims for the Singapore packages but I will try day by day. Reminder to please fill out the below form if you haven't received your item (EU/non-US).

As part of a fan project, I dropped off 40 packages at my local delivery office. They were all tracked packages and going all over the globe to 10+ countries. That was the 7th of August 2021. None of those packages have arrived to their recipient. How can this happen? Royal Mail

UPDATE Royal Mail: We can't help you, you have to wait until you can file a claim. Also Royal Mail: It's been too long for us to investigate now since we told you to wait until a certain date.

🦋EU/Intl Packages update 🦋 We are still waiting on updates from Royal Mail. They sent out an email for each and every claim made looking like below. We hope that when the claims process, we shall be able to issue either refunds or replacements. Thank you for your patience ❤️

🦋Lost orders update 🦋 Royal Mail have started to send us cheques for the claims filed for lost packages to the EU & intl. Time is needed to clear these cheques but a refund or replacement shall be issued for anyone who wants it in due time. Thank you for your patience! ❤️

Refunds for those that have requested them have been sent out. The finance mod will contact everyone over this weekend to confirm they were received. They will also be contacting all those who filled in the claims form but not refund/reorder one. Thanks for your patience.

Another update, thanks for your patience - all orders are packed now! Due to post office opening times (and mod Fern forgetting to fill their printer's paper) these will all be sent out next weekend

Most of the packages have been sent as of yesterday! I will be working through sending emails with all of the tracking numbers today and tomorrow
