There are few things lonelier than having exorcist-like fits of #dystonia when the hubby is home, but not around. #LonelyNight

With my being housebound this past year and Warrior Poet working from home the last few years, it’s almost business as usual. Though everyone needs breathing space sometimes, there’s no one I’d rather be holed up alone with. #InSicknessAndInHealth

Yes, the distraction, apathy, depression are making it so hard to focus on just about anything, but I press on! @According2Jewls

#TFW Your ex messages you, after years of silence, to say that one of your cats together is on his last legs and needs to be put down 😿

Please tell me I’m not the only woman in her 40s who refuses to throw away that one shirt meant for a middle schooler just because #noIwontdressmyage

Absolutely @kelly_hfx. I’ve been noticing this a lot with physical health lately. When one body system is stressed, it doesn’t take much to trigger other systems to fritz out too.

After 43 yrs of professional insomnolence and 9 years of observing my hypersomnolent husband, I am *finally* starting to get the hang of sleep. Don’t give up hope Erica Turner, LMFT. 🙏🏽

Dear people who don't think they can identify as disabled: Maybe you have pain or anxiety or sleep issues or some other disability. Maybe you were told that "you're fine" or to "just deal with it." I'm telling you that you're allowed to call yourself disabled. 1/5

One of *the worst* feelings is being awakened by the migraine that started the day before. I did not miss these days of living with my head in a storm cloud.

I’m about to head to the dr to get the broken-off head of a tick removed from just above my nipple. I know there’s joke in this somewhere, but words are failing me right now 🤣 #TMI #buggedout

Ah...the sweet, sweet feeling of finally clicking the photo of a house on Zillow and knowing that when it reads “under contract,” it means by you and your hubs. 🙏🏽 🏡 #homesweethome #homeownerstobe #homeownership #AdultingAndStuff

Tomorrow, my 77-year-old dad goes in for his first major surgery in at least as many years as I’ve been alive (43). I admit it—I’m nervous. I pray he makes it through beautifully. I’m not used to facing my parents’ mortality, but I’ll have to more and more in the years ahead 😥

Say it, Lalah Delia 📖! There’s nothing more powerful than learning to love others with respect, integrity, and authenticity to the love you grow and nurture for your own self 💗

It only took me a year since we got new phones with new service at our new home, but I finally figured out how to get back into this account. Anyone miss me? 😂
