2/2 … a University of Manchester study puts the average lifespan of a kettle at 4-5 years. At an offer of £54 for a replacement you are still twice the cost of an @russellhobbsuk stainless steel kettle with twice the warranty. I thought I was buying quality….. Guess not…..

1/2 @DualitLtd I’m more than disappointed that our kettle, which cost £90 and I bought as a gift is scrap after 2.5 years. I expected better. We have a toaster and mixer of yours too. An offer of 40% discount on a replacement still makes it more expensive than most competitors….
