The Ely Timberwolves softball team improves to 4-5 on the season with a 10-5 win over North Woods on Friday. Ely takes on MIB at home on Monday at 4:30.

The Timberwolves pull off the comeback against a tough MIB team tonight! Ely scores 3 times in the bottom of the 7th to come away with the 7-6 win. Ely is 5-5 on the season.

The Timberwolves drop to 5-6 with a 16-6 loss to LFBF. We get to bounce back on Friday as we travel to Floodwood for a varsity game only. Reminder that we have team pictures tomorrow after school!

The Timberwolves climb back to 500 on the season with a win over Floodwood. Seventh grader Zoe Mackenzie picks up the win in her first varsity start! Ely travels to Nashwauk on Monday.

The Timberwolves improve to 7-6 with a 6-3 win over Nashwauk. Katrina Seliskar with the win giving up 2 ER and only 3 hits. Charly Flom paced Ely at the plate going 3-4. Ely travels to MIB on Wednesday.

A few changes in our upcoming schedule. Tomorrow's game against Northeast Range has been postponed due to a lack of umpires. A tentative make up date for this game will be next Wednesday. Time TBA Friday's home game against Cherry is moved up to a 2:30 start time.

The Timberwolves fall 14-7 against MIB and currently sit at 7-7 on the season. Ely will host Cherry at 2:30 on Friday.

The Wolves drop under 500 (7-8) as a result of a 10-0 loss to Cherry. Three games next week to round out the regular season.

The Timberwolves pick up the win in Deer River improving their record to 8-8 on the season. Ely will host Northeast Range on Wednesday and wrap up the regular season with a trip to Two Harbors on Thursday.

Ely improves to 9-8 on the season with a win over Northeast Range. The Timberwolves finish the regular season tomorrow at Two Harbors.

Ely drops a close one 13-12 to Two Harbors. We head into the playoffs with a 9-9 record.

Ely softball erases an early 6-1 deficit and holds on to win 17-15. The Wolves improve to 10-9, but more importantly stay alive in Section 7A playoffs!

Our season came to an end today with losses to Barnum and MIB. It's always hard to see a season come to an end, but this one is especially hard. We want to wish Sydni Richards the best of luck next year! She is truly an amazing leader and person! Thanks for all of your hard work!
