I love being back in the city for work 😍

A couple of Sydney icons xx 57 mins for today’s 10k race! The hills absolutely killed me, but Strava said the GAP would have been 5.20 (instead of 5.41). Gives me confidence I can push a bit harder in a flat 10k 🤪

After spending a lot of time in Melbourne over the past few months, I’ve realised I really like Melbourne, but I LOVE Sydney and Sydney is home 🫶 after being a west coaster, I’m glad I get to spend so much time in 1 east coast city and call the other home.

It’s a bit of a toasty Christmas in the West today 🥵

Only 5 weeks to go until my trail race in NZ 😍 I got up at 4.30 this morn to beat the heat and get a 14k trail run in 🌲 ☀️ 🌊

Being 4 weeks out from race day meant doing a trail run in the rain this morn 🥲 Summer in Sydney is excellent.
