Back from an amazing trip to Wembley to watch the Lionesses. Unbelievable spirit, talent and resiliency. Really proud to take my daughter along to be inspired.

Have often heard the argument women shouldn’t be paid as much as men because they don’t draw the same crowds. With 87,000 at Wembley and 20m on TV vs 30m for the men last year, I’m looking forward to womens salaries being 2/3 of the mens’ next season.

This was pretty good. Great to have such a large pack size too. Aroma was really good - subtle and a touch floral. The initial taste was good too without being too sweet and had some body to it. Would have preferred a bit more oomph on the finish but you could drink a lot of this

Absolutely phenomenal beer and my 499th AF. Pours with a substantial head which it retains well. Fruity aroma with stone fruit and tangerine. Follows through into the taste with initial sweetness giving way to a great hit of hops. Just superbly balanced. Great job Fierce Beer.

So after a bit of catching up it seems I’ve had 499 different AF beers. Have narrowed the choice for the 500th down to a few. Which should I go with?

Decided on a stout night. As alcohol free beer explorer guessed I couldn’t let the occasion of my 500th different AF beer pass without Dave van de Streek being involved. Playground is such a huge part of my AF journey and still my #1. Hard Pour had tons of coffee, great head and smooth finish 👌

Flat Moon Society from North Brewing Co is a citrusy pale ale. Lovely mango aroma but not overpowering. Taste is more citrus with the sharpness of the lemon and tangerine balancing the sweetness of the mango. Really refreshing.

Wow, love this from Tartarus Beers. Coffee, oak, smokey. Lots going on and not sweet at all. Great find Ben - AF Beer Club.
