Parents: If your child can't find 30 mins outside team practice to work on their game daily, then they're just interested in success and they're not really committed. Which is OK. Just help them find the thing/sport they are interested in and will commit too.

Allow your kids to struggle & fail. Allow them to make their own adjustments, which gives them mental freedom from being fearful of making mistakes. Constant "help" reduces the ability for them to develop mental toughness & resiliency and creates a fragile & dependent mindset...
