being grounded enough to not crash out when they don’t reply by knowing it’s their loss.

the way so many people are addicted to toxic content, music, people and choices is a crazy sight to watch now that I’m spiritually aware..

reducing stress is hard to do when you’re a high achiever but my health isn’t good rn so i gotta do it.

I tell myself every night don’t doom scroll do mental journaling it helps me sleep so much better

if you want to live a life you’ve never lived you gotta do things you’ve never done.

if you don’t take magnesium, you have no idea what you’re missing out on to improve your overall health. research it. there’s different kinds but specifically magnesium glycinate has improved my sleep soooo much.

that feeling when someone’s mask falls off and you realize nothing was what you thought it was.
