-F-35 has problem -1st course of action: run checklist, doesn't work -2nd course: call Lockmart support -LMT support takes 50 minutes to develop a plan -Attempts plan twice, fails -2nd attempt breaks the plane even further. Now the plane can't fly -Pilot ejects, F-35 crashes
