Fellas, I'd like to share what I've been up to lately, and it's centered on this Ukrainian, Helen Badulak, who emigrated to the US at age 12 after being displaced during WWII. Helen passed away in Feb. at age 87. She was a master of Pysanky & leaves behind a rich legacy. 1/8

Helen wrote a gorgeous, full-color book called 'Pysanky In The 21st Century' featuring her work, tutorials on how to write Pysanky, and her story. In a strange twist of fate I met Helen's daughter in April. After sharing my volunteer work for Ukraine, Nina made a decision. 2/8
