I have a massive loss on $KAVA from last cycle. Could have made 6x if I sold ATH but I didn’t (let that be a lesson). Is this project/coin coming back this next run? Or should I just lock in my loss to offset those GAINZ and deploy what remains elsewhere?

I was about to post how disappointed I was that Haliey Welch was memed into ‘hawk’ instead of ‘hock’ but Merriam-Webster ruined my day. merriam-webster.com/grammar/do-you…

Are these ads deliberately riffing off the old PC v. Mac ads from back in the day? Remember those? If so, they are even more hilarious to me. cc Justin Long

I don’t blame Biden for anything. I’ve spent decades fighting against the abuse of vulnerable adults with cognitive impairment. Mr. Biden has an A&O x1 score, maybe x2. I blame his designated agent named in his healthcare power of attorney. verywellhealth.com/what-is-orient…

The judges in the Coinbase 🛡️ and Kraken cases did not give much weight to the Major Questions Doctrine raised by either exchange. The MQD issue is substantially impacted by SCOTUS overruling Chevron. Kraken should submit a motion for reconsideration Marco Santori. 1/2

And Coinbase should submit a supplemental motion to its judge while the interlocutory appeal consideration is still pending. Tick tock. 2/2

Our boy, Tenreiro, trying to resurrect his career after his Ripple loss. The Comeback Kid is what their calling him (no one calls him that, I'm just trying to make him feel better).

The CoinDesk article is 100% factually accurate. The statements by Stuart Alderoty and Brad Garlinghouse are also factually accurate. The court ruled a jury could find #XRP is a security under California law (not federal law) in connection with alleged misleading statements.

CoinDesk Stuart Alderoty Brad Garlinghouse In the end, the Ripple victory in SDNY against the SEC dwarfs the setback here in the CA case. And this setback will be virtually erased if the case settles or the jury does not find XRP to be a state security under CA law.

Just got a notice of a filing in #SECvsRipple and my heart skipped a beat...but don't worry, no ruling just yet. It was Ripple's notice to Judge Torres of the Binance decision last week. 😥

To my fellow Americans: #HappyIndependenceDay! Did you know the vote for independence actually occurred on July 2, 1776? The lazy bums didn't even get around to signing the declaration until August! archives.gov/press/press-re….

Update on #ConsensysvSEC. TLDR; things are not what they seem. This Texas case is ongoing while U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission sues Consensys.eth in New York. After reading the pleadings in the Texas case, SEC was seeking to delay the Texas case. Consensys essentially agreed to that delay. 1/3

The court did not address this basic discovery dispute in its scheduling order. That means that Consensys, like Coinbase and Kraken before it, can look forward to the SEC's litigation tactics that the #XRPCommunity is all too familiar with, aka the "Ripple Treatment." 3/3

Some people were offended when I stated that whoever is Mr. Biden's power of attorney is making substantial decisions on his behalf (likely his spouse). What I didn't know (and someone pointed out for me) is that this same scenario happened 100 years ago! whitehouse.gov/about-the-whit…

SCOTUS quote that sums up why Chevron was over: "'Respect,' though, was just that. The view of the Executive Branch could inform the judgment of the Judiciary, but did not supersede it." The sprawling admin state lost the respect its predecessors spent a century building.
