Update on #ConsensysvSEC. TLDR; things are not what they seem. This Texas case is ongoing while U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission sues Consensys.eth in New York. After reading the pleadings in the Texas case, SEC was seeking to delay the Texas case. Consensys essentially agreed to that delay. 1/3

The court did not address this basic discovery dispute in its scheduling order. That means that Consensys, like Coinbase and Kraken before it, can look forward to the SEC's litigation tactics that the #XRPCommunity is all too familiar with, aka the "Ripple Treatment." 3/3
