We wrapped up our year of Mighty Girls with a very hot walk followed by a picnic in the shade to Millenium Point. Our year 5's had made friendship bracelets for our year 6 leavers to wish them well in their new schools and we reminisced about the highlights of our year together.

We have been up Crook Peak and had a wonderful time at the Skittles. Several members of the public commented on the fantastic behaviour and good manners of the children. We finished the evening with Pizza and Chips and football or bedtime stories.

After a busy first day the children slept soundly & have been to the medieval roundhouse in the grounds of Barton Camp for games and stories. We are having a treasure hunt in the Mendip Hills & then to Cheddar Gorge. We will then be back at camp for a disco, tea and storytelling.
