Anyone else ever have a fav tree? This big tall Spruce (second tall one from the left) is it for me. It grew right behind my childhood home & I could see it from everywhere on my street, and seeing it always let me know that I was home. #earthday #naturelover #hellobc

On this day in 1960, at a Rotary International Conference, Mr. PG was unveiled. The mascot was part of the May Day Parade in Prince George soon after. A statue of Mr. PG was placed in Prince George, standing 8 metres tall, in 1970.
