Does Milton Keynes have an redeeming features at all. The basest of temples to mammon - a place only to make money and spend money, impossible to navigate without a car (and nowhere to park without spending a fortune) - a miserable miserable creation.

Right Holiday Inn by IHG as a single female really shouldn’t be having to wedge a chair against my door because your reception is double booking my hotel room. Never mind that your receptionist vocalised my hotel room number when checking me in instead of writing it down. Awful service

Hi M&S - second bottle of this I’ve bought that hasn’t had an ‘sparkle’ at all. Seems there’s an issue with the way the lid seals. A real shame as I try to avoid plastic - a definite design flaw!!

If this doesn’t typify quite how terrible British Airways online/digital experience is - I’ve just had a ‘conversation with agent complete’ message come through on messenger, 7 MONTHS after my last attempt to try and get them to answer a question…..(which they didn’t, obvs)

Hi Aena your lounge at VLC is completely empty of people but has dirty crockery and bottles in EVERY table. No sign of any staff. Except the ones laughing in the kitchen. It’s always like this. Please be better!!

Why oh why British Airways is your online platform so so awful. It’s taken me 45 minutes including a call to your Indian call centre (who can’t help - I have to do it online!) to make an upgrade and cancel a flight. Your technology is just not fit for purpose

Hi Aena - yet again the lounge at VLC is covered in dirty plates and glasses. This lounge is ALWAYS dirty with no staff clearing up or replacing food.

So Thames Water 💧 - my mother has been unable to use her toilets or sinks for almost 24 hours due to a sewerage blockage, or leave the house, just in case you show up. Any chance you can actually fix this issue?!?

Hi UPS do you have a special training programme for your staff that teaches them how to be as rude as possible. I’ve spoken to three different people - one in ‘Uk’ (India), one in ‘Denmark’ (India) and a Danish member via email - all INCREDIBLY rude and not helpful AT ALL.
