Thank you to our alumni, current athletes and donors who have donated to help build our field at Fitzpatrick Park. 💛 Our athletes have worked muiltiple Marshall events and have sold wind panels for our new fence this season. We are making huge progress!

We have added drainage, new bases, a permanent fence, more dirt than we could of ever imagined, updated dugouts, a score board and new sod (this spring). Our Facilities Team has put in countless hours since last spring to get our field up and running.

Golden Bear Softball knocked three bombs towards its first W in 2024, defeating NCAA DII Chowan University 6-4 in game one of a DH. Macey Wilkens had a grand slam to help lift WVU Tech to the victory.
