Three calling Whimbrel flew over the Dolls Warth (overflow car park) this afternoon #GlosBirds
Dumbles- 3 Wheatears (one female) near Middle Point, Yellow Wagtail over NE, a few Swallows through NE, 3 Whimbrel joined the 4 Curlew on the Dumbles early morning, another small flock with Bar-tailed Godwits and 22 Dunlin on the foreshore at high tide #GlosBirds
South Lake- Dunlin and adult non-breeding plumage Mediterranean Gull among the Black-headed Gulls. #GlosBirds
Hobby feeding over ditches and fields to North of Tack Piece, may be viewable distantly from Estuary Tower + three Cuckoos in flight #GlosBirds
South Lake- pair of Little-ringed Plover, five Mediterranean Gulls (adult n/b, three 3cy, one 2cy), 4 Oystercatcher, 54 Black-tailed Godwit, a few Avocets, 200 Black-headed Gulls #GlosBirds

Estuary Tower- Swift NE, Yellow Wagtail S, 10 Redpoll N, Wheatear on cross fence, 2 Curlew, 2 Whimbrel, 3 Redshank and Dunlin feeding on the Dumbles with c20 of latter flying over foreshore #GlosBirds
Estuary Tower- vismig! Woodlark calling and dropped onto path briefly before heading NE again, drake Red -breasted Merganser upriver, 10 Curlew and 17 Bar-tailed Godwit NE (23 of latter returned to foreshore over tide) #GlosBirds
Top New Piece- Greenshank and Redshank, nesting Crane, 3 Great Egret over NE to Long Ground, Lapwing, 3 Avocet+ pairs Shoveler, Teal and Shelduck, singing Reed Warbler #GlosBirds
Estuary Tower- Whimbrel with three Curlew on the Dumbles (includes White Flag 28)+ 2 Redshank #GlosBirds
Estuary Tower- male Wheatear at Middle Point, a Redpoll flew over NE with a Goldfinch #GlosBirds
South Lake- a few Swallows feeding over deep lake, two 3cy Mediterranean Gulls on the causeway, 70 pairs of Black-headed Gull, pair of Little-ringed Plover, Common Sandpiper, 12 Avocet, 4 Oystercatcher, breeding plumage Spotted Redshank on Duck Marsh from Hogarth Hide #GlosBirds
Tack Piece- pair of Bar-tailed Godwit with 46 Black-tailed Godwit on the central flood. 3 drake Wigeon + Shoveler, Shelduck, Teal, Gadwall and Mute Swans, Willow Warbler singing along pathway + Golden Plover over NE #GlosBirds
