My depression has settled in, and j was good all year. I haven’t been to class in 2 weeks and I go to bed at 6am and wake up at 1pm

I’m really a piece of shit. I called off work two days in a row but it’s stupid excuses bc I can’t say, “my depressions being a bitch”

I half cleaned my room the other day but now it’s worse than when I started 🙃
