Gotchi MMORPG - Milestone 6 Basic enemies & Auto-attack I want to see if a vampire survivors auto-attack style can work for an MMORPG. Rather than a twitch-action game is it possible to combine auto-attacks with MMO? Not sure yet but going to keep playing with it 🎮

Gotchi MMORPG 007 - Enemy Attacks Grok gave my enemies a simple state machine and now they attack back! Making more modular requests to Grok (e.g. "write an anti-clump function for my enemies") seems to be working so much better. Next we'll build the XP level-up system ⏫

Gotchi MMORPG 008 - XP from Enemies DO YOU FEEL THE POWER!!??? 💪 XP levelling system implemented now. I already know this is going to need a ton of fine tuning as I progress. Especially if we want hundreds of enemies on screen that need obliterating.

Gotchi MMORPG 010 - Enemy Zone Batching Now this is cool #gotchigang!!! 10,000 pooled enemies per zone with smooth dynamic batching of the sprites (and max FPS) as you move from zone to zone. This might just be how we build an MMORPG with TONS of onscreen enemies 🤪🤪🤪

Gotchi MMORPG 011 - Tilemaps + World Planning Overhauled the code and now we can load specific tilemaps for each zone. Threw enemy AI state machines back in and been doing a bit of over-world planning too. #gotchigang might know this map...
