I’ve seen people say it was anticlimactic that Jae beat Junmin fast, but that was the point. The fight didn’t need to last because Junmin was insignificant, the real enemy was Jae’s trauma and repression of his feelings, fueled by love and grief now, he defeated the jinx itself.
