Cancer is a bloody awful disease, and when someone close to your heart has it, its awful to watch especially when you know its paliative. Someone close to me is facing it down with the most courage ive ever seen and a refusal to stop living life. Thats heroic to me

Rode this beauty to work today. Stunning morning. Beyond excited to have a few days riding ahead down to England, oxfordshire, Berkshire and up to Silverstone for the MotoGP again. Cant wait to put some miles in, a fresh set of rubber organised as well to switch up the tyres

Was planning to run, but so tired aftwr a busy few days in the heat that i decides taking my mates dog for a walk in the woods would do fine 😊

Well thats a wrap for MotoGP silverstone 24. What a couple of days. Nice evening for a pub dinner then the long road home tomorrow. Epic riding and the bike is a different beast with new tyres. Cant wait for nxt year

Phenomenally busy weekend at work, with hundreds of miles covered but some good results. A cracking peaceful ride home on the motorbike last night and thankful not to be held on again, but even better that i arrive home to a cold beer put in the fridge by the wife. #winning

When the pre work run is a slog, and then you dont get time for a brew before straight out to a job,get soaked to the skin and breakfast becomes lunch... ill be happy to get to my bed tonight to do it all again tomorrow 😆. #questioninglifechoices

Been a bit slack on gym this week as its been busy with varied shifts , a late finish and general life. Have dragged myself to gym after late shift to get it caught up. Not really for the enjoyment but the discipline. It pays off in the long run.... that and its portugal soon😆

Nice wee evening after work tinkering with the bike and finally replacing the god awful stock tail tidy with a new one. Much slicker look. The new (road legal!) Plate comes in a few days to finish it off. Really happy with the few wee changes ive made
