Fine evening in Manchester. Fingers crossed its as nice tomorrow morning

First ever trackday...what a fantastic experience, massive learning experience, huge mental overload, bags of fun and a huge learning tool away from the roads. Finally did something id be waiting years to find the courage to do 🤘🤘

Good day so far. Long training run with a mate in the Tweed Valley that went well, a nice 19.5 miles in the legs. Now an afternoon of rugby and hopefully watching Ireland bring home the Six Nations trophy!!!

Sat in Belfast City airport killing time before my flight back to Scotland. Been far too long since i was last home and super glad to have grabbed the chance to get gome and see Mum. Typical Northern Irish weather so at least i wont feel glum when i get back to scotland 😆

Race number and start time for @manchestermarathon is in. Its getting real.

Recently found that no matter what time i head to the gym its busy. So its confirmed my life goal to have a proper home gym to do strength training in. The only problem is i dont have enough space....nor have i won the lottery yet 😆

Just booked my first trackday on the bike. Ohhhhhh shiiiiiiiit. Cant wait!!

8 years today in the Police. What a ride its been

Back from annual leave and after 2 nightshifts I already feel rotten and am reminded of how horrendous this aspect of shift life makes you feel. Not even a double time shift could lure me back in tonight. 🤢

Last day of annual leave yesterday and back into nightshifts tonight, thankfully the weather outside is decent enough to get the dog out for a nice walk and get some personal admin done.

10 days away from home. Just landed in UK again and a long drive left to do before home to see my wife and dog. Cant wait to see them. Its been a long trip
