In the latest 20-F filing from $GNS, I calculated GNS’s Net Profit Margin is -661%. With a Net Profit margin of -661%, why would anyone hold any $GNS shares?

Does anyone know if $GNS has received a noncompliance warning letter from the NYSE American Exchange? Didn’t see a 6-F filing in this regard from $GNS management. At 0.39/share, IMO $GNS management most certainly would have received a noncompliance warning letter from the NYSE.

I saw in the $GNS 20-F filing that Roger Hamilton bought 2,000 $QNTM shares, paid $24.14/share, and $QNTM shares are $2.09/share today. You really need to wonder, why is Roger Hamilton using $GNS investor capital to day trade Bitcoin and day trade a stock like $QNTM?

Why did $GNS pay Roger’s company, World Game Pte Ltd $3,865,086 and pay Roger’s wife’s company, EVCOS Pte Ltd. another $3,586,555? How are these multimillion dollar payments to Roger and his wife justified when $GNS posted a GAAP Net Loss of more than $55 million dollars?

This Form 144 filing from $FNGR states that Mr. Leong Poh will be selling 60,000 shares with an approximate date of sale of March 20th. Imagine growing up having a name like Long Poo. That would be tough.

I was reading this March 13th 8-K filing from $NXXT and gosh, both this stock purchase agreement and receivables agreement, tells me $NXXT is serious financial distress. GLTU sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archiv…

I was crunching the numbers on the 8-K filing from $NXXT and in this Receivables Agreement. they’re borrowing a net $1,994,965 and they must repay $2,772,000. And $NXXT must repay in biweekly payments of $231,000 over the next 6 months. So this 6 month loan is costing the company

$SMX just filed this F-3. Very very dilutive for common shareholders. I consider this financing a very toxic equity line. sec.gov/Archives/edgar…

The $SMX Annual Report 20-F was filed last Friday, and here we are 4 days later and interestingly I didn’t see a single post on X about the latest financial results. Maybe I missed it. Anyway yikes, $SMX reporting record Net Losses of $(174,590,000) and a Total Comprehensive Loss

Noticed that $MSFT shares are now trading at about 22x trailing, and a forward PE of about 19x. Thats as cheap as I’ve seen Microsoft shares in many years. The last time $MSFT had a PE ratio this low was in 2018.
