Police investigating the attempted theft of a dog being walked on the Millennium Coastal Path near Bynea have released an e-fit of a man they want to trace. The appeal comes as Dyfed-Powys Police launch Op Rhinestone to tackle a rise in puppy and dog thefts across the force area.
