🚨So. I have news. I’m writing a novel. A series, in fact, of legal thrillers. They are dark and uncomfortable and (I hope) authentic, and I really hope you like them. Oh, and I’m writing them under a new identity. Meet S.J. Fleet. Because one pseudonym is just not enough

So, I would very much like somebody to make this book already written, please. Alternatively, I could publish a summary and then just reassure everyone that, if I’d filled in the gaps, it would have been a work of art.

So, I shall be making a surreptitious visit to Theakston’s Old Peculiar Crime Writing FestivaI this weekend. Feeling very much like the new kid at school, and armed with a few sampler copies of this bad boy…

There was some speculation at ChilternKills yesterday that I was The Secret Barrister 🦋 (despite me being a non secret solicitor). I make clear that neither I nor Anna Sharpe are, but you should pre order her book anyway. And also this one by some character called S.J. Fleet

I don't often read these samplers, but I'm a big fan of The Secret Barrister 🦋 aka S.J. Fleet so I thought I'd have a little squint And I'm annoyed I did, now.. Because it's bloody good, and I want to read the rest Bloody talented bloody scumbag .. why couldn't they be crap!
