Let me restate this so it sinks in... Parents can't afford the actual cost of childcare with fairly compensated caregivers, so childcare workers are subsidizing the cost of childcare through low wages. #CHILDCARE WORKERS ARE THE #1 SUBSIDIZERS OF CHILDCARE !!!
