On behalf of all the Ministerial staff of CBIC, we thank Hon'ble Chairman Sir, Member(Admn) Ma'am and JS Admin Ma'am for decision of uniform implementation of OTR in the grade of Executive Assistants w.e.f 01.01.2022. The move will enthuse the Ministerial cadre of CBIC.

It is a matter of grave disappointment that when Government is prioritising staff welfare and timely promotions, CCAs are delaying the submission of reports timely. Requesting CBIC to intervene and identify the reason for delay. CBIC
