Two days and still no internet now a fale service ticket for repair given to us this morning ”NYB503VCQZ” which no one knows about lol Verizon Support you guys are a JOKE
After spending almost 48 hours with Verizon Support we switched to Spectrum and picked up our router at 8am this morning and by 930am we had internet and wifi! Verizon Support you guys get the BIG ”L” but thank you Verizon Support for being so incompetent Julianne Neely
