Rain & wintry mix will continue to change-over to all snow. As temperatures cool through the day, there may be a flash-freeze of any lingering wet spots. Please be prepared for slick roads at any time.

Snow will taper off in the Sioux City metro area between 2 and 4pm, but wind will linger into the early overnight.
