New Small Fix: Top Notch Toddler Fix. Apparently the toddler reward trait system has been broken for a long time. This mod fixes that issue. Your toddlers will be able to earn 'Happy Toddler' trait if all skills are Level 3, and 'Top Notch Toddler' if all skills are max level.
