Be the change you want to see in the world? Simple, don't send work emails after work hours and during the weekend. This doesn't mean you can't write them during this time. Just write them and program the sending time accordingly.

Here's the dirty secret of design theory and criticism: the vast majority of theorists and critics wants to write about anything *but* design.
