Mike Rapp Maxim Leyzerovich UX hasn't made the mistake, the ones spouting innovation while rolling around in their own shit are mediocre product leaders trying to get more money from gullible investors, that's why it's called 'innovation theater'

UX just tries to help people find the fucking CTA

One thing UX has gotten profoundly wrong is the presumption that all companies want innovation, and are universally motivated by creating extraordinary experiences.

Many, many companies make tons of money doing me too, average, “solid” design.

So I made this little proof of concept VS Code file organizer. I'm using HTML/CSS as it might be better to use, but WebGPU works too!

Timothy B. Lee I am talking to lots of companies doing impressive things internally (most keep it secret).

It has only been 16 months and social systems change must slower than technology. We could have AGI and most people’s jobs won’t change that fast.

The last year has been a lot of cognitive dissonance for me. Inside the AI world, there's non-stop talk about the unprecedented pace of AI improvement. But when I look at the broader economy, I struggle to find examples of transformative change I can write about.

Jack Altman My problem with this is that when you’re right out of school, you don’t know what “best” is. You immediately think of the most well known orgs rather than the orgs that are best for what you’re trying to learn.
