4/2/20 On the topic of Scarcity, a Silverbrook student shares his thoughts as it relates to the Corona Virus.

TODAY IS WORLD AUTISM DAY!! Our students with Autism are intelligent, funny, loving, incredible kids with great personalities. We feel extremely fortunate to be able to work with these sweet kids every day. It’s important to understand Autism and accept everyone.

The Silverbrook staff made a picture to show Autism Awareness and Acceptance! “Like a puzzle piece, every individual is shaped differently with unique talents, perspectives, and beliefs. Once we share these gifts with each other, positivity will spread and hope will endure.”

With everything shutting down, and rather than wait indefinitely, my daughter got married on Monday evening in a beautiful Fairfax field. I was there with my wife! It's nice to report some very happy news during this difficult time. (Mr. Winter - Sending his love! XO)

4/14/20 First day of Distance Learning for Silverbrook students and teachers. Everyone did a terrific job! It is going to be a fun journey together from now until June. Keep up the good work! 😃
