if you are struggling to find a reason not to purge, here’s some of the damage it’s done to me. I had to get three molars taken due to a nerve infection. Now i can barely chew. take a moment to recognize the long term effects of a short term solution

bruh i made some lentil meatballs (used chia seeds to bind so incidentally vegan too :D) to go with my noodles and for my first attempt they weren't terrible but it's gonna be a bit before my second attempt cuz im almost out of lentils!!!! i have like 3 tablespoons left max!!!

Had the saddest dinner ever cuz pasta sounds gross rn and that was the side to these chicken breasts put curry powder on mine tho... wish i had more input so i could have prepared a proper carb source to go with but wehhh im just gonna make myself something after they're done

i just ate breakfast (strawberries with some bread i put choco pb spread on) and it lowk wasn't even the end of the world. that was pretty good actually

i never want to eat anything again and also want to eat everything forever

i'm definitely gaining fat but i don't think it's going to my arms thankfully enough thank GOD in so happy they're just getting more toned. now if i can have the same luck and have none of it go to my face/neck body dysmorphia might be fixed forever

wats the longest individual binge sesh you guys have suffered through. not like a binge cycle that lasts months just like how long you've been able to go straight eating it before taking a break or settling down
