Last year my doctor was extremely concerned about Vitamin D deficiency and how low my levels were. Yesterday I had updated blood work done after a year of taking vitamins and my vitamin D levels have gone up SIGNIFICANTLY! Seeing real progress is pretty cool. 👏🏼
