Sunday morning and I can’t run 😬 I don’t like it, what do people do with themselves when they don’t run 🤯

Back on the marathon training bus with 12 ‘undulating’ miles 😊 Got out early before the rain so I could pretend it’s still summer, and not actually October like the weather seems to think it is 🤷‍♀️ (And yes, I know I have a fly stuck to my face 😂)

One of those runs that’s a real mental struggle 😕 Glad it’s done, and I conquered beast hill 💪🔥 But why is there so much mud in August? Not good for pretty road shoes 🤣

The youngest absolutely smashed her GCSEs, despite spending a lot of the time in chronic pain with endometriosis. There are times when she can’t even stand up, let alone go to school, and I couldn’t be prouder of her 🤩

Guess which idiot plotted an 18 mile route up and around the reservoir, then arrived over an hour before it opened 🤦‍♀️😂 Quick re-route to get the miles in whilst also avoiding the Cardiff 10k! A beautiful sunrise this morning - looks like summer is here at last ☀️😍

The most incredible time at Snowdonia Marathon yesterday! What a race! Definitely my favourite marathon so far - stunning scenery, friendly people, and the most brutal climbs. I can’t recommend this event enough ❤️
