things to do today instead of worry: - open a window and listen to nature undisturbed - call the people you love, laugh together - pray - count up your blessings and truly feel thankful - put down your phone, pick up a book - exercise and stretch your muscles you'll be okay.

Want to know how to be calm during this Coronavirus pandemic? Psalm 16:7 says that for us to not be shaken by life's circumstances, we must be near God. Use this situation to run closer to God, not to run away in fear...and you will find peace which surpasses all understanding.

I feel beyond blessed to still have the opportunity to go worship and hear God’s word with my church family and fellowship after. For those who are watching their church home from online, text your church family because we need each other’s fellowship in these times!

I looked for something to fill me up for a long time. I was running completely on empty. Then I met Jesus. The tomb is empty...now we don’t have to be.

In Leviticus, God commands the Jews to sacrifice a male lamb as a sin offering. The lamb was to be killed at 3pm and it had to be without blemish. In John, Jesus, a male without blemish, is crucified and gives up His last breathe at 3pm. He is the PERFECT & ETERNAL sacrifice.
